Panera Bread - Crescent Springs

I am not a fan of the way I am treated by the older lady with the short hair at this restaurant, especially in the mornings. It feels like she is staring at me and judging me, making me feel unwelcome. As a black customer, I am sensitive to these situations. She often mistakes me for a delivery person and doesn't treat me like a regular customer, despite my Sip Club account. This has happened multiple times. The service can be hit or miss, depending on who is working. The drive-thru service is decent, but I wish I could enjoy the same experience inside the restaurant as other customers.

It certainly feels like a new location, or one that's recently received an modernisation. Food is presented well, but didn't taste as fresh (salad) as I'm used to. I ordered the pick any 2 Mac n cheese, smokehouse bbq sandwich plus my choice of another size I chose my salty snack fave kettle potato chips with water. Outstanding service, an amazingly clean restaurant and great location. I placed an online order for pickup and discovered a bug in my food.

My meal was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be coming back for another drive-thru carry-out order. - Paul T.
