I heard that sometimes the locals get bored with the usual food in town but everyone was super excited when Cascada opened up. I had the pleasure of eating there on their last day of the season. Although they were out of avocados already, everything was outstanding! It was my first time trying corn tomatillo and it was like candy! They give you a small bowl and I considered ordering bag another one but it needed up being plenty. So sweet and delish! I ordered the crab enchiladas and was expecting imitation crab because we were out in the middle of no where, in the mountains. When my enchies came out they were topped with big chunks of sweet and succulent dungenese crab to my surprise. Can't wait to go back next season. Glad they added this place to the magical town of Creede!
