The Hillside Inn - Crawley

Second time I’ve used Open Table to book The Hillside Inn , to find out they don’t have our booking. Fortunately they have found us table but how do they put that correct? It makes you feel you haven’t booked until they can see the booking on my phone.

Very good meal and service. Would definitely revisit.

We often eat at the Hillside Inn. The food is reasonable and service is always excellent. On this occasion I booked through Open Table and although I received confirmation of the booking, the restaurant was full and had not received my booking. The staff were very helpful and fortunately managed to find us a table. Moral book direct which I normally do.

Bad service, pstronizing waitress. not made to feel comfortable when the selection of food was not available.
