Spice World Crawley

Customer service was superb, I had ordered of uber eats and had left out some information about my order by accident. I was then called and told that they were out of my selected drink and asked if there was any replacements I would like which is very appreciated instead of just handing me a random one. Due to me leaving out some information they asked what I would like in my burger, phone operator was extremely polite. The food itself was ok, the kebab meat was very tasty and the salad tasted fresh, the chicken burger was near perfect. The only negative comment I have to make is the chips, I feel like they could have maybe been cooked a little longer and then it would have been 5 stars, but the chips were still edible so I cant really complain. Prices are average for the local area and the portions are value for money, delivery driver was very polite and the packaging was neat and presentable, very quick delivery time seeing as it's the restaurant that delivers and not an uber driver Over all a 4.5/5 would recommend

Ordering off of Deliveroo from this restaurant and the service was absolutely disgusting taking my money and not delivering the goods. You don’t even deserve any stars

Ordered via Just Eat, called to find out where the food was as it was late and the manager was extremely rude and abusive then hung up on me. Food was horrible when it did arrive, the cabbage was slimy. Will never order from here again

Well, I've never seen a place go so bad from being so good in a matter of a few months. We ordered Meat lovers for 2 meal where the chicken tikka masala curry and the chicken tikka starter came with half cooked chicken, which obviously had to be thrown away. It might be worth stating that they are probably the only Indian restaurant that make a sweet coconut curry based chicken tikka masala(hint- it has masala, i.e. spicy in its name). Oh and when everything is going wrong, I think it is a rule of thumb that the restaurant gets the order wrong as well, because we never got the chapatis that were ordered. In a nutshell, I am never ordering from there again and I'd recommend others to try out other Indian restaurants with much better food in the Crawley area. A very disappointed long time customer. P.S: the guy who I got through to give the feedback was pretty indifferent too.

Took over two hours to get food.. Was stone cold. Will never go back, service was a disgrace. Kept palming us off when ringing up. Wouldn't mind if got told its taking longer but kept saying its on way
