Mcdonald's Restaurants - Crawley

This seems yet another macdonalds where the burgers are served cold.. i know gas and electric has gone up. but really, when the salad is warmer than the burger...their new cooking instructions must read, DEFROST AND SERVE. the staff as usual are good. place is clean.. just shame food is cold

This branch of the restaurant was terrible and it was my last chance giving it a try. I arrived for dinner at 5:30 on a bank holiday and was disappointed to find they were out of several menu items I wanted to order. When I asked for a McFlurry, vanilla milkshake, steak burger special, and fruit bag, I was told they were all out of stock. I was frustrated and asked why they didn't inform me of what they did have available. This was not the first time I had a bad experience at this location, so I won't be returning. It was particularly frustrating during a busy time of day, as the staff decided to clean the machine instead of serving customers. They should have better management in place, especially being the first McDonald's you come across when arriving at Gatwick. It was a disappointment.

The food at this restaurant was decent. However, when we went through the drive-thru and used the app, we were instructed to wait in the full car park. After waiting for about 34 minutes, we decided to go inside the store. Despite there being plenty of staff, it seemed chaotic with food piled up waiting to be distributed. We also noticed other customers waiting in the car park. The location is ideal and likely to be busy, but improvements are needed to better organize the operation. It must be stressful for the employees working there. Hopefully, someone will take charge and make necessary changes to the restaurant. Good luck to whoever accomplishes this task.

What’s happened to this place. As a taxi driver it was always a place to stop for 45 mins relax grab a coffee and sometimes a cheeky muffin, but now it’s never open.. when it is open it’s not the best but that could easily...

Arrived just before 8….didn’t realise they now close at 8pm!! Still very busy, place was filthy, chips all over the floor, dirty surfaces, food cold, too busy with delivery people to worry about actual customers in store, it’s our normal stop off after our flights...
