The Devonshire Arms - Craven

We ended up enjoying two delicious evening meals at this restaurant instead of just the one we had originally planned because it was so good. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The pub was very clean and well-maintained. A visit here is definitely worth it!

We were staying in the area so booked Sunday lunch. On a rainy and windy day the pub was so cosy with its 2 fires blazing. Received a very warm welcome from staff in this family run pub. We both had the roast beef which was delicious. It is cooked medium rare but you can ask for it to be cooked more if you prefer. The whole dinner was lovely. We enjoyed it so much we booked again for the following week. This time I had roast pork and my husband had roast chicken. Again both delicious. Seems very popular for Sunday lunch and so worth booking in advance. Will definitely return.

We met up with a group of old friends for a meal which we all thoroughly enjoyed. The food was excellent and we were well looked after by Phil and Sam. Can highly recommend.

Great food, great service and although we had a dog we were made very welcome. The food was locally produced and cooked to a very high standard. Would thoroughly recommend.

We’ve definitely had warmer welcomes. We also thought that drinks were very expensive which was a shame as we might have gone back another time. Decided not to bother.
