Pinkberry - Cranston

We ordered a small cup, and I must say, it was delicious! It was very creamy, thick, and bursting with flavor—I really enjoyed it. The restaurant has outdoor patio tables, so we chose to sit under an umbrella in the shade, enjoying a gentle breeze. We plan to return for another treat and hope they introduce more non-dairy flavors this summer.

The employees are friendly and courteous, doing their best to meet customer needs, but the working conditions seem entirely unacceptable given the high volume of customers they handle. I believe the situation is a result of corporate decisions, particularly the closure of the mall location, which forces the staff to dash back and forth in a hectic and stressful environment. The yogurt itself was, as always, fantastic, but I really hope they address the working conditions since they certainly have the resources to do so. The image only shows the inside of the store; the line outside is never-ending.

When I want yogurt ice cream, I can only get it here. because the toppings are made using fresh ingredients and are quite clean. I visited numerous yogurt and ice cream shops, and the majority of them used unfresh ingredients, particularly fruits that were mushy and soggy. However, this location is quite lovely and clean, and it also has outdoor tables. I enjoyed a delicious yogurt ice cream with peanut flavor with crunch toppings.

First time there with my 2 kids. Clean, organized, and friendly staff. Busy but the line moved. Kids were happy since they got to pick the toppings they wanted and they enjoyed the cookies and cream. I got the original but next time going to try the coconut flavor.

The restaurant is open late and offers plenty of parking in a lovely shopping plaza. While the prices are slightly on the higher side, it would be great if they provided a rewards program.
