Applebee's Grill - Cranston

I had awful experience normally it is decent peach tea was just color water when first came in with husband was not acknowledged be right with u by server. The (heavyset miserable)waitress slammed drinks down got the 2 for 25 told I had to be told they were charging for extra salad makes no sense becuz I only got a steak that was supposed to be 8 oz was more like 6 0z was charged$41 .37 and it's weird because she could of asked did u still want the broccoliand mashed potatos because I have to charge for another salad not even the point of the money but,I ve been before and got those and both meals came with a salad it was how the waitress service. I will not be coming here again I don't know if the waitress was having a off day but, honestly charge a customer for extras when I asked her can I get a salad in place of potatoes reason being I'm a diabetic and, I have to be careful with starches and sugar FYI this was about 4 pm it wasn't even dinner time so, it's crazy. I worked in the service for years, and honestly needs to take a class on service 101. No asking can I get anything else to drink dessert etc. I tip. On how service was I'm pretty easy going just a big disappointment. I hope that customers and the company are aware of this maybe some better training. Server s want tips and stuff but ur going to treat me as if I'm an inconvenience.i will be calling to speak with manage

Same old same old ... we went for a quick drink after shopping at Garden City. The inside drastically needs a cont. alt refresh!

Ordered appetizer combo for delivery. Food was cold when it arrived, spinach and artichoke dip didn't have any artichokes and was only filled half way. Definitely not doing there best

I love Applesbee's waitress, and waiters are friendly. The food is very good and I live 7 minutes away.
