Bidrage med feedbackI spent two days in this structure, which I found as expensive and disappointing. The first night we have in what the administration holds to their best restaurant, la muñeca: Peruvian and Asian inspired restaurant. Very small portions with very high prices: 2...Language for 30 Chf, 4 Mochi for 20 Chf. 4 courses without alcohol cost CHF 162. In addition, a waiter at the time of the bill asked for a tip, although he was not dedicated to our table. On the second evening we dined in the Le Bat Lounge: a more welcoming and better realized menu. Very good burgers with raclette and crispy perfect egg. I do not recommend carrot cumin veloute citrus fruits and desserts. The chocolate cake came cold and overcooked, wait 45 minutes. My request to renew the court was granted, but again the result, although improved, did not live the expectations. In summary: Approves the location, poor service and experience not sufficient for a 5-star hotel.
The view is incredible, everything else is less like that. The service is terrible, our meal lasted 3 hours, although only one dish ordered each. The food is incredibly overpriced for the quality of the offered service and food. Despite staying at the hotel, this was the only time we've ever eaten in the restaurant. would never come back and would not suggest any other; unless you have a replacement of 500 francs and 4 hours.
Nicely presented and tasty dishes of good quality, but the view is probably the strongest asset of this restaurant.
Was invited here by my friend 's mother! The champagne was amazing, so was the red wine that we ordered. The waiter was very helpful in suggesting to us different wine. We ordered oysters and this was very tasty. I ordered the lamb as my main...course and it was served in a broth which I was slightly surprised. But it was still very tasty. For dessert, I ordered the 'Crans Ambassador Surprise ' and it was truly a very good surprise!
