Starbucks - Cranbrook

Starbucks in Cranbrook. I must have visited at an unfortunate time. The seating area was closed, and we were directed to the drive-thru instead. It took a long time to place an order for just one coffee.

This location is consistently too cold. Even on mild days, the air conditioning is cranked up. It's quite an uncomfortable environment for enjoying a drink. However, the service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I don’t understand why the parking entrance is blocked off by the drive-through line. I spent 10 minutes waiting just to park, and it was really frustrating. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Good coffee and service, average to high prices but the quality makes it all ok! ?

We were in Cranbrook for a visit and went to Starbucks for our usual drinks. They didn't even know what kind of drinks we were asking for Matcha Bloom. Apparently the name of the drink has changed??? The barista didn't fill (our own cups) properly, even below the fill line when normally they're actually filled...to the top. My husband asked to have it filled up and got a dirty look from the one that grabbed his cup, filled it and banged it back onto the counter while spinning away from him. We had to ask for mine to be filled as well ?. Unlikely we'll be going there again on our next trip, even if it is the only Starbucks around. Also had to ask, and wait, for a table to be cleaned.
