It's rare that I'm reminded of the energy of an ashram, outside of an ashram Soul Food, literally, nails it.

Awesome salads and great coffee. Was passing through Cranbrook and stopped for lunch. Next time, I'd go out of my way to eat here. Definitely recommend it.
