Bidrage med feedbackEhh, quite disappointed about my order. paid $45 for 5 burgers and some fried to deliver and the burgers lacked the half of the article. on the burgers there was no wobble, and there was only one pickel on one of the burgers, the rest had none. I know there's a salate deficiency, but I've never heard of a wobble or a pickle deficiency? but if this is the case, they must leave a note online and let customers know. we still pay full price for our items. so if there was a lack of wobbles, then not your fault, but again, they must let the people know. And how for pickles, why has one of my burgers a pickle and the rest had no? if there was a pickle button, they would think there was nothing at all? I don't think it was a bad thing. So if it wasn't a bad thing, how could they forget pickles at four different burgers? Remember one of the burgers? Not to mention, I asked for extra ketchup and sniff and they were dry as bones. almost 50 dollars and some of the hamburgers had literally a thin piece of meat between two rolls. that's it. no wobble, no pickles, no sauce. nothing. not acceptable. I know it's fast to eat, they can't expect top quality and it's gonna be mistaken, but it's like they take the cake. typical greedy money starving fast food restaurant with the inflation and lack of apology (including items that are not part of the lack) just to put the prices and to them less despite what they have paid. but what is my opinion? the other 68 million customers they receive every day throughout the world will continue to be served. can't make a loss to their billion dollar revenues. make them please one and go to the super market or support their local, buy a burger and bleeding cook it! it is more honest.
You know what your getting from a fast food chain. However, the service and quality of the food today was atrocious. The drive through cashier was rude and kept interrupting when we giving her our order, saying “drive though”. There was a half burger (that we didn’t order) stuck to bottom of the bag. The chip boxes all had half the amount of chips they were supposed to have. Multiple items missing from our order. We found someone’s hair in the burgers. I have been there before and had no issues with service or food quality. I don’t whether they are under new management or have new staff members, but the place is seriously sub par.
This is an example of how not to run a fast food outlet. If you run your own fast food business, it 's worth a trip to watch how bad things can be. Almost every order I have seen is wrong for every customer and the staff When they have some) are both rude and untrained. It is best to avoid this place as you may not get what you order. If they let you place your order. Having a person scream at you IS THAT ALL over and over again, with cold coffee and upside down burgers, cold chips, etc not worth it. Tested 10 times Rating One.
Not friendly for people with disabilities. Everything is self service, there’s no menu at the main counter. So, if you have issues with arthritis or using your hands, reaching the screens from a wheel chair, or perhaps are an elderly person who is not familiar with touch screen service, I would not recommend this restaurant.
Not impressed, Maccas food is never the best but this is how I got given the cheeseburger I ordered. Plenty of other Maccas around, try them.
