Bidrage med feedbackSo my son went to buy the family a quart of yogurt. They sold him half full for 10.00. When he complained about it the girl told him this is how the manager told us to fill it. The price of a full quart! This is ridiculous! I am livid I will not be returning
I am very upset with Sincerely Yogurt. They had my son pay for the quarts of yogurt prior to filling the quarts. Then He informed the associate the Vanilla yogurt is only have full that this has happened several times. We buy a lot of quarts at once because we have a large family. The associate stated this is how my manager told me to do it. I called the manager because I feel my family has been ripped off. She stated she would tell the owners. We have spent hundreds there. Very livid at this point if this is the policy to short customers product!!! Not good business practice. If you pay for a quart you should get a quart!!!!
When I got there, no one greeted me but I thought they were just in the back area and didn’t think much of it until I got my order together and went to the register. No one was there.I waited a couple minutes and then yelled out to see if anyone was back there. I didn’t get a response so I thought maybe the person was tied up on the phone or bathroom or something. So I waited a bit longer then opened the closed the front door a couple of times to make it chime.When no one came out I called the number below and the phone just rang. When it finally got to voicemail, that was full. So I looked back into the kitchen and then put the back door thinking maybe someone was having a cigarette. No one was there, so I was getting ready to leave when I saw the worker approaching the store with her lunch.She walked to the register and when I said that I’d been waiting, she just responded, “well, they don’t let me take a break.”So your worker left the store unlocked, unoccupied with her purse sitting behind the counter and the register unlocked.I’ll let you connect the dots, but that could have been disastrous for you.
Iv always had good experiences with them but yesterday was horrible. Staff where great and I can't nessisarrly blamed them for this but the nuts were labeled wrong and im allergic to most nuts beside peanuts. I definitely did not get peanuts on my yogurt and now I think I might need to purchase a new toilet ?
I went with my husband and daughter here last night after not being here for about a year. It was awful. Very dirty, with only about half the lights on. I understand that it's just desserts, but it's still an area offering a type of food. Yogurt dispensers and topping areas were dirty and empty, and the seating area was in disarray and neglected. If you don't have the staff to keep basic health standards, then maybe close your doors for a little while.
