Bidrage med feedbackI went in with my sister and brother in law, there was a line but there were two people who did a FANTASTIC job. I'm not sure their names but it was a new blonde girl and a guy who were doing almost all the work. They were fast (even tho it was the girls first day) and there were some people in line were making fun of her. I told her she did fine and to ignore the haters. This location was busy but they stayed on top of keeping the food fresh. The place can be cleaned a bit more--they were busy though so I don't blame them.
Do not mobile order here from the Moe’s app. They will not make your food. Tonight my order was not ready 75 minutes after when I placed it. There is no system for integrating the mobile orders into the cafe orders. Very frustrating- will never mobile order again.
Food is always good but I drive out of my way to get there three times now I've paid extra for queso in my bowl and they skip it. ? They never put forks in the bag so I can't check it until I get home, a 40 minute drive. Nothing is as disappointing as smelling the delicious food the whole trip and then discovering you should have just went to chipotle for a mediocre meal. ?
I had to wait in line for almost a half hour only to be told they won’t accept my card, even though I’ve used it at this location multiple times. No trying to solve the issue or anything, just completely wasted my time. Extremely frustrating.
Had a wonderful time watching staff fill online orders. Don’t bother waiting in line here. Online is more important than in person and you can tell by how they prioritize their customers.
