Golden Harvest - Craigavon

I called to order food while staying overnight in the cottages and was greeted by a very rude woman on the phone. When I arrived at the restaurant, a large woman asked for my order in a dismissive manner. The service was laughably bad. The food was overly salty and I received the wrong dish - a far cry from the duck I had ordered. The sauce was tasteless and the overall experience was awful. I do not recommend this restaurant if you want to avoid terrible service and disappointing food. Stay away.

Excellent quality food service in these hard times with so many places closed. So delighted to get a good quality Chinese. We used to go to golden harvest for years then our local Chinese stepped up improved but after trying them again tonight due to closure with covid 19 I’m really glad we did. Excellent service, staff all abiding by the rules keeping everyone safe a real treat! Thank you.

The Golden Harvest never disappoints with its excellent service and delicious food. I highly recommend this restaurant for consistently high-quality meals and top-notch service.

Thank goodness Golden Harvest was open until 23:45 as I need a quick curry fix late! Food was fast and tasty, I will be back for more!

My family and I decided to order a Chinese from this establishment. What a disaster. We ordered sweet and sour chicken amongst other things. The sweet and sour sauce was psychedelic orange with one lonely piece of pineapple floating in it, it was watery and tasteless. No sign of peppers or onions or any of the normal ingredients you would expect in a sweet n sour meal. The sauce had the same consistency as water. The boulder like chicken balls were over battered and hard. I have NEVER had such a disgusting Chinese takeaway meal in my life. We were all disappointed with our food, which most of went in the bin. A shame when so many corners are cut to produce poor low quality food. I had a heat up sweet n sour meal from Sainsbury’s which shockingly was of superior quality and taste to the horrible tasteless watery, devoid of any ingredients meals, that was served to us here. And guess what ? The sweet n sour had pineapples, onions and peppers. WIll NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN And anyone reading this, I would strongly advise the same.
