Sweet Thangs Nola - Cozumel

I couldn't take a photo of my Designer snowball bc by the time I got it, everything had melted into sticky syrup. It was ashame bc it was not only expensive but I didn't get to enjoy it. In terms of staff, all were pleasant and I didn't have any bad experience with that, just didn't get to enjoy what I came for, which was the designer experience for food pics bc that's what I do. I will maybe give it another try another time but it probably will be awhile.... Maybe getting better cups that won't fall apart would be ideal for a better experience.

This was the perfect stop for a midday cool down, this place gives nostalgia for all of us who grew eating snowballs with all the flavors you could handle. The outdoor seating has a covering so you’re not sitting in the sun, racing to eat your food before it melts.

I sent a friend to go on On saturday to oder Me Strawberry shortcake ice cream he waited 30 to 45 when he just drop it off it didn't have the ice cream The cheese cake was nasty

Visited on yesterday (Sunday) 30-40 mintue wait time. Only two people was working and the cook was taking orders. The owner seem like she was not prepped for a rush. She was cutting fruits with her bare hands, crumbling cookies on top of the snowballs with her bare hands, eating, and answering the phone with her bare hands!!! Snowballs was not flavorful at all!! Crawfish nachos, could have been better . My order looked nothing like as advertised on IG page or Google. I spent $47 and was not pleased. Parking sucked and people cars was getting booted and towed. Im only giving one star because the place is cute.

The owner of the restaurant was very rude and unprofessional. I order $56 work of food and snowball just to be yelled and screamed at when my mom asked for extra cheese on her swamp fries. The were false advertising the swap fries and egg rolls. The egg rolls were very dr and barely had seafood in it. We came way from Algiers to support and she wasn't friendly horrible service overall. I will never go back again.
