Intercontinental Presidente Cozumel Resort

Called and asked about GF opinions in the 4 restaurants and was safe there. When we were here, I realized the options were a salad. I'm angry!

We just came back from a week at this resort with my celiac husband and celiac 5 year old. I was very nervous about going (packed so many snacks and a full loaf of gf bread! , but the resort was FANTASTIC! Yazmin at El Caribeño and Javier at El Cap restaurants on the resort were wonderful, as were all the staff. They made my son gf pancakes or waffles every morning, had many options for lunch as well including gf bread for sandwiches, handmade corn tortillas for quesadillas, etc. They gladly brought him his own syrup, Nutella, peanut butter to avoid cross contamination. Dinners were gf pasta or gf pizzas for my 5 year old, and lots of fantastic options for my husband as well. They took our concerns very seriously and respectfully, and made this mama’s worries almost non-existent. We will absolutely be going back!
