El Paste Empanadas Horneados - COZUMEL

Great empanadas! The pastry was perfect. They are super hot and delicious. For now, it’s delivery only.

I stumbled across the name El Paste in a travel forum and so glad I did. A little further back in town, totally worth the visit. The pastes are flaky, buttery, chewy and delicious. Even better, they're about $0.75 USD ea., so you can fill up without breaking the bank. By far, my favorites were the strawberry cheese for a sweet taste and the ham and cheese was out of this world. It's criminal to get food this good for so cheap. Be sure to stop by and support this great business... selfishly because I want them to be still around the next time I visit!

Very good empanadas! They are baked instead of fried, so they are definitely not greasy as the deep fried ones can often be. They have all types from meat, cheese and fruit and also a special empanada that they make each day (try the Nutella on Monday one of our favorites)!

Hemos comprado varias veces para llevar y los pastes son deliciosos. Recomiendo mucho los de mole. Son muy económicos pero riquísimos. Sin duda super recomendable.

Este lugar es muy rico, sus especialidad en pastes tipo Hidalgo te deja con un muy buen sabor de boca, además de que son muy variados los sabores que ofrecen y la calidad, este lugar es mas como para comprar para llevar.
