Casey's General Store - Cozad

This behavior is extremely unprofessional, especially since one of those messaging me didn't even work at Casey's. Jalen's attitude was rude, and she came across as being unhinged. She completely ruined my experience at Casey’s, and I believe something needs to be done about this.

Never a problem here. It’s my regular stop on my usual travels. Always a good vibe and clean place. Cashiers are always kind and often very sweet. Have no intention on stopping anywhere else. Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–50 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love stopping at Casey's when I can being from Missouri but living in Wyoming I only stop when I'm on the road driving truck. This Casey's is probably the worst one I stop at especially the last few times I've came in it's either been the trucks blocking the fuel lanes so I can't get thru to park out of the way or I wait to get thru and no parking which isn't a big deal being it's not a big lot to begin with. Just the fact I have to wait for trucks to move because no one is forcing them to stay out of the way so I can do what I need and leave. I stopped here today because it has been awhile since my last attempt with parking and fuel lane issues. My main goal for today was food and soda but due to maintenance the kitchen is closed so no food aside from cold food and snacks which if I wanted that a rest area would have been good enough since that's basically what's in my truck. Just got a soda but I'll definitely think twice before stopping here again Iowa locations are much better for truckers as far as truck friendly parking lots go. I'll still support Casey's just this location has been hit and miss for me.
