Hardee's - Cowpens

The food tastes good. My issue is the quality! You order a burger meal that costs $8 then you wait 10 minutes and the fries are cold and soggy and the cheese isnt even melted on the burger so either the prep is an afterthought or the burger wasnt cooked hot enough to melt it; neither is a good thing. Yes its fast food but if they want to remain open they need to give the customer a reason to look forward to coming back to

Staff was upbeat and very friendly. The food was hot and delicious. Did not have to wait long for them to take out make my order. Will definitely return to this location.

Man the service was awful the food was so nasty. I'm not being extra I'm saying the restaurant wasn't even busy and the food was the worst man. Y'all need to get it together. I will stay away from hardee's for awhile because how awful this place was. Me and my large family won't be back.

Cold fries all our sandwiches were wrong and cold! Bread wasn't toasted best thing the workers gave us were our drinks but two of them were the wrong size! The damn store isn't even busy! Now I c why. Worst hardees ever!!!!

Are you serious? You parked me and everyone else just to keep your downtown times short. Once I finally got my food, I couldn't get out because there were four cars blocking me.
