Sushi Shop - Cowansville

Ordered from this Sushi Shop on oct 5th at 5:15pm. The sushi was the best sushi I have ever ordered in any sushi shop. The size, was perfect the taste was great. I have complained how the Bromont shop makes smaller rolls so you have to order more. The sushi chef in Cowansville is an expert. Also the service at the counter was excellent the person who served me had the nicest smile, thank you.

Sushi always excellent but service 0!Getting hung up on the line repeatedly, otherwise getting put on hold and hearing the girl take orders from those in the store. It's things that happen yes but it's ordinary like that every time!

I called to have my order prepared at 6:40 p.m. and was told it would be ready at 7:30 p.m. I arrived a little early, at 7:20 p.m., my order was not ready. A person, friends with the employees, was sweeping and speaking very loudly (and therefore the employees were distracted). When we opened our meals (I live at least 5 minutes away) the crispy rice was cold. The rice for the second poke was also cold and the chicken which was supposed to be kaarage was not, and was lukewarm-cold. We also had iceberg lettuce in our poke when it should have been mixed greens. The egg rolls we got were the only hot items in our order. We received our order without being asked for utensils or bags (2 poké 2 rolls sauces). Very disappointed.

Fresh food, fast service. My poke bowl was tasty.
