I usually do not worry that I have left reviews on bad service. But the customer service in place was extremely terrible. The gentleman who took my order didn't even listen to me while he took it. This leads to the fact that it is wrong when it is given to me. I just asked for my money back and got a difficult time over a refund. I can't be wrong from time to time. But you should never let your customers feel like their wrong. Another note. If you? re-employees write people while you try to take your order. Errors will continue to happen.

My order was wrong, three times. The lady at the counter was more interested in her phone than my order.

I always get extradition or extradition and it's always great. I love, dear, dear her burgers! Absolutely delicious! Customer service is excellent when I go to pick up my order, they show me what I ordered and make sure I have everything. This will always be my favorite place to eat in South Covington.

I decided to give this place a last attempt and never again. The service is HORRIBLE and they take FOREVER!!!! I tried a few Bacon Ranch-Fries with cheese and they did not add cheese so that the checkout took it back into the kitchen and she poured so much cheese She could hardly see the frits and get worse, the cheese was cold! When we said something about it, they didn't care. To get good service, I probably needed a young hot male bc the 2 young girls immediately treated them like royal when they came in. My cousin's order took forever and when she asked how long the girl was acting as if she was disturbed and upset with us questions. She didn't even know what it was or that we didn't get it. You can't call or even talk to a manager so this was my only way to get someone?s attention. I am really surprised? re still open, but if some changes are not made soon they will lose all their customers.

We like w n b however the last couple of times we've had it their wings taste like they've been fried in old and burnt oil like they haven't changed the oil out in months so ruins the chicken taste
