Shane's Rib Shack - Covington

I felt welcome in this Shane? Rib Shack. Precious was very professional and knowledgeable to answer the question I had. I received good customer service and the Pulled Pork and Texas Toast was good. Update: I ordered Chicken Tenders; they are small pieces. I should have gone to Shane? Rib Shack website to see how the Chicken Tenders looked (before I ordered them). I don't want to buy Chicken Tenders from them again.

If I gave him a 0 star. We ordered our food to go out at 7:50. They informed me that it was about 20 minutes to cook for the burgers. No PROBLEM. We sat in the stands between the hour 7:50 and 8:20 3 other people came in, ordered and left with food in the hand. At 8:45 almost 1 hour after the order I ask how much longer. More than patients for the 20 minutes it takes to cook a burger. And we will say that the ticket has not returned there, but 3 other orders have made it successful there and prepared it. From the time of 8:20, when the last customer served 8:45, we stayed at the front without one while they had closed. When they came out of the back, one of the cashiers ensured that she could take her food home before we had to go to ASK where our food was. We had EVER at Shane 's. To cover everything, we went to my son's birthday because what he wanted for dinner, but didn't want to go to the house.

Absolutely disgusting! For some reason my GrubHub option was this location and was the first time and will most certainly be the LAST time I would ever waste money at this establishment. I have emailed the store as well. The order was all wrong, drinks missing and this so-called BBQ (pork) is horrible! It is so greasy it is swimming in grease in the box (see photo), flavorless AND full of fat, a piece of a bone and had to be drained of grease and fried in a pan before we could even eat it. The chicken tenders are grilled but not fully cooked. They went straight in the trash. The fries were swimming in the lemon pepper sauce that was meant for the tenders and were the wrong side, the order was for potato salad. Everything was stone cold and the 2 drinks were missing. A waste of money and very disappointing.

I ordered the door. We ordered the 2 meat plates and 2 vegetables. It should have BBQ sauce on the grilled chicken and the smoked chicken wings. No ounce BBQ sauce anywhere. Secondly, my smoked wings were burned and cooked and barely meat. I couldn't eat her. The grilled chicken was so dry and over boiled that my mother crocheted over to a piece of it. It was a rather expensive meal that was extremely difficult to eat. We threw it out. I tried to complain by phone, but the phone was busy forever.

Me and My Wife are repeated customers and tonight might have been our last at this location. Lately we order salads and a large okra and they are delicious and full. Not the past couple of visits. This was tonight as we did a online order like we always do. My wife picked it up on the way home from work and when she got inside she picked the order up and we usually don 't check our orders cause there usually ok. But tonight she went to the counter and ask for the order and the receptionist said here 's your order but there 's no receipt is that ok! She said that is fine , but when she got home we opened our containers of food and this is what we got. See Pictures below!!! There was barely any chicken on the salad. And we ordered a LARGE ORDER OF OKRA, AND THAT IS ALL WE GOT FOR $5.49. They put the container of okra in the bottom of the bag so we couldn 't see it until the last container was opened.(Like possibly trying to hide it if my wife did check the order there. Usually it 's about a half full container. We had a incident once and called and all they do is say oh we will put your name in the book. But nothing ever happens. Maybe they should have management check their orders before handing it to the customers. We never leave reviews but someone at corporate needs to see this, cause service has gone down in the past 1-2 months. They did just lost us as a customer at this location. We will be going to the other Shane 's on 138 212. They seem like a better location and have been open a lot longer than this location.
