Green Fork - Covington

I really like this place for their smoothies and snacks but over the last year I've been a little frustrated that every time I go there's a different person working and every person makes the smoothies their own way so they never taste the same. Sometimes they're thicker and sweet then other times they're super thin and taste absolutely nothing like how they usually taste. Overall the smoothies are never consistent.

I bough an Acia Bowl barely had any fruit or granola and the cost was a rip off at $26 for two. The Big Squeeze you get your money’s worth. This was a little bit of smoothie with a few pieces of fruit. Won’t be going back. My husband didn’t feel like driving all the way to Mandeville. Will be though.

This was my first time ordering out since going vegan... I'm disappointed. I ordered a buda bowl online...they didn't have it...I told them anything vegan would be fine. When I got there, I was handed a cold lentil burger with cauliflower mash. I asked if they had anything like a fresh salad type dish and was told no. I'm starving so I take it, trying to be positive despite them having no fresh ingredients on hand to whip me up a salad. I throw it in the microwave and hope for the best...nope...I had to blend everything together because of how it was heated up could only eat half mainly because of how salty everything was.This experience wasn't what I hoped it would be not worth the $15 spent.

Got a green smoothie. I wish I could remember the name of it but it was so tasty! Highly recommend The Green Fork.

I love the green fork on the south shore and was so excited when we got one in Covington. I called today to place a to go order. My first request was for a pesto Caesar salad and add chicken. The gentleman on the phone said he can do a Caesar salad with chicken and add pesto I said fine then he said no I 'm out of it and I said OK and he said I can do a pesto Caesar and add chicken and I said that would be great then he said he couldn 't do that either. I placed my order and he hung up on me without even getting a name. When my friend went to go pick it up he did not put the order together and acted like we had not even called and had a conversation with him. I ended up ordering the Cajun girl chicken salad after reading the description online with no mention of bell peppers. My order arrived and the salad has bell peppers in it and I 'm highly allergic to them so it 's headed for the trash now. Not like the service you get at Green Fork on the south shore.
