Dunkin' - Covington

Orders on the mobile app for pickup. Went to pickup and staff told me espresso machine wasn’t working. Asked for a refund but would not give me one and told me to reach out to Dunkin corporate. Reached out to corporate and haven’t heard anything and it’s been a month. No drink and no money back for purchase. Staff was rude about it when I asked for a refund for the drink they couldn’t make, not sure why they were rude. Really the only reason I’m leaving a review

My turkey sausage, scrambled egg, and cheese croissant was delicious. But my decaffeinated sugar-free blueberry coffee was supposed to have artificial sweetener, but neither were added to the cup. I also enjoyed a watermelon donut.

Service could have been better but that's how it is with a lot of places

Ordered a batch of donuts online as my family was craving some sweet treats and I wasn't up for a drive. Dunkin' Donuts truly exceeded our expectations! The delivery was incredibly fast, and the donuts arrived fresh, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Ran in to pick up donuts for a road trip. Took a bite as soon as we got in the car. They were very cold and almost hard. Who serves cold donuts?? Very disappointing.
