Baskin-robbins - Covington

As of 6/12/22, it appears that this restaurant is permanently closed. There are no visible signs indicating closure, but the doors have been locked for an extended period and all refrigerated cases are empty. The ice served here is excellent and the location is convenient. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are generally friendly.

They understand the disappointment when you order something that looks good on the menu board but is nothing like what you are served. For the first time ever, what I received matched exactly what was displayed on the board. The presentation was perfect, with everything layered and proportioned so meticulously. It was truly impressive. I also tried the Reese's peanut butter cup sundae, which was delicious. I hope this level of quality is consistent and not just a one-time occurrence, but even if it is, I am grateful that it happened.
