American Deli - Covington

The fries weren't even cooked. I brought the food back and the cashier took it personal. They don't give refund, cause they show the food to you. Well, they never showed it to me in the first place is the second time. I've been there and both times was terrible.Food: 2/5

The worst service of any American Deli we have been too. When calling in my order the girl on the phone kept asking me if I was done after every dish I ordered. Then when I said yes she just hung up on me without giving me a total. This is the 3rd time we tried eating here and the service was horrible every time. There wasn’t one time that they had the order completely right either. We will not be going back and will be going to another wing restaurant entirely.

The food is great must of the time. But sometimes they do over cook there wings to me. To my liking, but some people like them like that.Food: 3/5

The food we ordered was not good. My family and I ordered whiting plates and we could immediately tell the fish was old and had been refried. It was hard and flaky. I would not recommend a dog to eat here. You try to support small business but this is really disappointing. They were very wrong for that, please do better.

Giving out old food, unprofessional, hung up when asked for a manager, stated manager was there, then stated no manager was there. Do not waste your time or your money! Look at ALL the 1 star reviews!! DoorDash needs to remove them immediately and they need to get a health inspector there ASAP!! How do you order extra crispy wings and they are ready right after! Arrived soft and fatty! Had to order at Mama Wings!
