Mizu Steakhouse Covington

It was our first time and we were underwhelmed by the chef experience. We've heard how they are flipping shrimp for your to catch which are kids were very excited about. It was our son's birthday and he was looking forward to the interactive, entertaining experience. It was disappointing in that area. The food was great though!

Not worth the money. Food and experience were very mediocre.

The chef and the food at this restaurant were fantastic! Make sure to get extra fried rice with your meal - you won't want it to end!

I have been to Mizu's prior to this last occasion. I brought friends who have never been to that style or Steakhouse and was disappointed that the Chef did not converse with us unless we asked a question. Part of the fun is the interchange between the Chef and his customers . Silent the whole time. I have been before and the Chef was laughing, talked to us while cooking and made us laugh. The food was prepared okay but the fried rice was not completely done and he was flipping it all over the counter and us. What a mess. It was not meant to be part of his cooking but a mistake. I will come back but my guest were very disappointed as I.

Fuji was incredible as our Hibachi chef friendly, expert, engaging, and hilarious. All the food was exceptionally delicious. Not a cheap meal, but a memorably great 14th birthday dinner for our son, and all of us!
