Waba Grill - Covina

Always a pleasure! Fresh and made to order!! Great staff!!

This is the only waba location I like getting my food from. The staff is friendly food is freshly made.

I was introduced with a friendly greeting right when I walked into the franchise. Misael helped me with my order and the kitchen staff had my order ready by the time I got my receipt and card back. As I was eating Misael made it his mission to make sure I had a good dining experience asking if I needed anything. Waba Grill in Covina provided the best customer service experience I've ever experienced out of any fast food chain that I've been to, from friendliness to getting my food instantly. Food was delicious as well.

I love the waba rest close to my work in S El Monte but unfortunately this location is closed to my house. Being there a couple of times and cashiers aren?t friendly. In top they always said the scanner for the app its down. It never seems to work! Or they just don?t like customers using it. ?

My husband took me out for lunch, and I had the Sweet Spicy Chicken Bowl with veggies. It was amazing! Jaylene and the entire team provided excellent service. The interior was clean, and everyone was friendly. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!
