El Pollo Loco - Covina

The salsa and guacamole didn't taste fresh at all. They also don't have lemon anymore. I won't be returning here.

We frequently come to this location because it’s the closest to us the food is good. Nine times out of ten we are missing items from our bags and it’s honestly really annoying to get shorted an item after getting home just to drive back for it. The customer service was always good up until this year. Not sure if management has changed or if they aren’t training their staff well but they need to be more aware and make sure the customers are receiving all their items. THE FIRST TIME. Next time I’ll go to another location.

I know this is a chain but this is hands down the best el pollo loco. I go to other ones and the chicken just isn't the same.

Food is always hot. Customer service is great. I've never had issues with my food. Definitely recommend this El Pollo Loco.

Best El Pollo Loco ever. Went there today Monday at 7:38 party of 3. Staff looks happy to be working there and makes you feel very welcomed, and they work like a team to get your order out as soon as possible. Quick service and great savory food. Wish all the El Pollo Loco were like this one.
