Wok U Like - Coventry

We had some delicious food at this restaurant after our usual place was closed. I was especially pleased with my beef curry, and my husband enjoyed his chicken balls and curry.

This Chinese takeaway has been our go-to for many years, even after our sons moved away from Coventry. We couldn't get through on Christmas Eve, so we decided to drive there and found it busy. To avoid missing out on New Year's Eve, we went at 4.50pm to order in person. The food was excellent as always. We have never been disappointed by them, and the lady at the front of the house is exceptional - friendly, polite, and knows her customers and their orders. Happy New Year Wok U Like, and thank you.

I have never had a bad meal from this restaurant in 20 years. It used to be our local spot, but even though we now live 6 miles away, we still make the trip every time. The quality is top-notch and I have never found another Chinese takeaway that compares. I absolutely love this place.

Wok u like is the best Chinese takeaway in the city by far, and got to be one of the best in the Midlands , always ready when they say and literally embarrasses the other Chinese takeaways as its constantly busy always tastes amazing and on point, yet they don’t deliver I think that’s why there food is second too none (there’s chefs are the best as they don’t have too worry about all the drivers getting there on time and all the complaints about where the delivery is and what’s not in the bag.they just have more time to focus on making proper tasty Chinese food.

This is by far the best Chinese in Coventry. I have old neighbors who still drive 20+ miles to go there. It 's a huge disappointment if ever it is closed. For gluten-intolerant folk, they also do Singapore rice sticks which is their rice noodle disk (and is amazing! esp if ordered hot)
