The Mill Brasserie - Coventry

The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious, but the service was extremely slow. I had to wait for over 20 minutes to receive my lunch, and I was surprised that it was served in a takeaway bowl.

The service was atrocious. Food was not served to everyone at the same time and while some finished the meal, others were still waiting for their food. 1 person got their desert first instead of main. Someone was waiting on their drink for nearly 20 minutes. It would have been quicker if we were allowed to go behind the bar and help ourselves. Hilton should be embarrassed. Surely staff training is still a thing, right?

The service at this restaurant was terrible, truly the worst I have ever experienced. The food was just average and the portion sizes were small. I would recommend avoiding this place if possible, as you may find yourself waiting a long time for overpriced mediocre food and drinks. The Hilton should be ashamed, as this does not reflect well on their brand.
