Nando's - Coventry

I assumed the restaurant was open for ordering, specified a delivery time of minutes, handed my children the menu for them to choose tasty bites, they made their selections, added everything to the basket, went to check out... Payment method rejected! Sorry, but we are no longer taking orders! This is not fair and a complete waste of time! They should prioritize customers who are already logged in and ready to order, instead of shutting off the menu without notice. I have now placed an order with Nando's. This experience with Deliveroo has cost them a loyal customer.

As soon as I walked in, Abel warmly greeted me with a smile and led us to our table. The floor staff did a great job keeping an eye on our needs throughout our meal. My family and I felt welcomed and well taken care of.

The service was quite laborious, they had to order incorrectly (unconditional ordering on the app) and old got drinks with eating. eating was beautiful as always. I ordered something heavy, not as good as kfcs.

I recently had a takeaway from this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The food was cooked perfectly and the service from Ash was excellent. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. I will definitely be returning for another takeaway soon. Thank you.

Shambles. The click and collect wasn’t working so I went in to order from the counter. Upon entry, I was told to sit down and wait on the sofa until the till became free by a member of staff. Except, not only was I behind...a woman ordering food for the feeding of the but they only had one till on despite the place being packed to the rafters and that till was being used to serve takeaway customers and in-store customers. After minutes of sitting gormlessly, I realised (the woman was still ordering at this stage….STILL there were lots of people in the queue. These people in the queue were blocked from my view by a support I was sitting next to. So why did the “super helpful” man on front of house tell me to sit down? Suffice to say, we left without ordering any food. Absolute shambles, will not be using again.
