Eating was nice, but the service was terrible. we waited for teller and cutlery for the old one after the food came and ended half an hour waiting each time we ordered a drink

The food was not prepared correctly, but we did receive two complimentary rounds of drinks. However, we were approached by bouncers who insisted we hadn't paid our bill, even though we had done so. There was a lack of communication among the staff; nobody informed the receptionist that our drinks were complimentary. She was quite rude to my husband when he asked her to get the manager who had provided us with the free drinks. When she did bring the manager over, she simply replied with an uninterested "oh."

Intial greeting ok but had to ask a couple of times for a jug of water for our table. Entertainment a little loud and struggle to hear conversation amongst the group I was with

Lovely food and good music, service bit slow and some drinks didn’t arrive

Birthday-was great just not much food for the price and too loud
