I've dined in and gotten takeout from this restaurant, and I’ve never been disappointed with the food. The service can be a bit slow, even when the place is empty. However, the food is excellent—it's one of the few restaurants where I can eat without worrying about getting sick afterwards, if you catch my drift. The restaurant could use some tender loving care, but it's probably not a major issue since they seem to get most of their business from takeout rather than dine-in customers.

7 Moons is a reliable choice for Chinese cuisine. The menu features a nice assortment of dishes, and the flavors are typically pleasing. Although it may not present anything particularly innovative or distinctive, it serves as a dependable place for those seeking to indulge in Chinese food. The service is satisfactory, and the staff is friendly, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and the waitstaff were very friendly. Overall, I would rate the food as 5 out of 5!

The food here is very very good! Your better option than the other asian cuisine in the area. However, the service could use some work. A smile or a friendly phone encounter would do the trick. Employees don’t seem happy, nor do they really care about their customers. But on the flip side, the food is fresh, clean, and always delicious. My suggestion is to avoid the servers indulge in the fried rice!

Their food is great, however I had an extremely inappropriate interaction with the woman working at the front. I was there to pick up a door dash order and had been there waiting for quite some time- so when an order came out to the table with a sign that says “this order is for delivery driver” I walked over to check if it was my customer’s. This woman began yelling at me “maam! ma’am! That is for the restaurant’s delivery driver, the sign says it right there! Sit down and we’ll let you know when your order is ready!”I apologized for the clearly innocent misunderstanding and sat back down.She then proceeded to slam the kitchen door and continue profanity’s about me as if I couldn’t hear. When the correct order came out, I thanked her and wished her a nice evening and she passive aggressively did not respond.If i had started going through the bag of food to see what was in there- then sure, raising your voice might be appropriate.This interaction was just so unprofessional and inappropriate and it made me not want to order food from here anymore. Felt the need to write a review and maybe this person will consider taking a deep breathe before speaking to a customer like that again.
