Dairy Queen - Coushatta

Service is horrible. A majority of the employees are rude and very short when speaking to the customers.

The customer service at this particular Dairy Queen has declined. I usually love the food, but every single time I've came here in the past few months I have had less than a great experience; being charged for items I did not order, not receiving all myitems, recieving items I did not order, and now a cold burger has driven me to write a review. The employees are very nonchalantand lack basic customer service skills. I hope this reaches management as I was excited to hear this location had new owners. Icome here frequently between 7-8pm, but I am at the point of wishing there was another location that I could conveniently go to.

This could possibly go down as the worst Dairy Queen in the US. Sit at the order menu outside for 8-10 minutes while employees are outside chitchattin havin a grand ol time. After ordering be ready for another 10-15 minute wait. Breathtakingly bad. Ifthere was something besides the Burger King in town I'd be somewhere else. Needs better management

It was ok....I'v had much better service at other chains of this restaurant

The staff are typically good people but don't expect them to have what you want every time. Overall it's a good place.
