Tim Hortons - Courtenay

Sitting and staring fluid. Ok Tim Hortons on Cliffe you need to do better.....I asked for decafe...sorry no decafe.... I can wait.....He looks at the coffee machine and tells me the machine is brokenI look at the coffee machines, red lights on indicate machines are on, the slight bit of steam tells me the coffee is hot.... Sigh ok give me regular coffee if the machine isn't broken..... All this was just after five am, they just opened.... Don't ask me how they toasted my bagel to a perfect shade of white.....that's for another day. So here I sit for twelve hours with my white toasted bagel and un-decaffeinate coffee....

Save your money and time! Went through the drive through and my London fog was warm my bacon wrap was very cold. I asked for salsa and the guy said it's in the bag got to work and nope nothing not even a napkin not the first time. What ever happened to good service and the real Tim Hortons? Nothing but **** now

After I bought my sandwich and sat down, the lady told me that I had to leave because they were closing so couldn’t finish my sandwich there.
