I recently experienced a disappointing takeaway experience at this restaurant on New Year's Eve. Despite being extremely busy, the restaurant struggled to keep up with orders, resulting in long wait times and mistakes with the food. The lack of communication and organization was frustrating, and there were no apologies for the delays or errors. The only saving grace was the quality of the food itself, which is why I am giving it 2 stars. However, the poor service and lack of accountability from management have ultimately led me to seek dining options elsewhere in the future.

After waiting for 4 hours for our delivery, we finally gave up and went to bed. The restaurant did not answer our calls or messages, and failed to reach out to us. According to my neighbor, the food did eventually arrive 5.5 hours after we placed our order.

I was greatly disappointed by the quality of the dishes served at this restaurant in August. Despite having visited many Indian restaurants in the past, I have never experienced such tasteless food. It seemed as though the meat had not even been properly cooked in the sauce. This meal was meant to be a special treat for my mother, who had not dined out since the lockdown, but the restaurant was overcrowded and noisy. The tables were too close together, disregarding the social distancing guidelines. One of the waiters even pulled his mask down to speak to customers. Additionally, customers were allowed to wait inside the restaurant, even though the weather was pleasant outside, creating a cramped and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Superb food but be prepared to wait especially if it is for delivery! 2 hours and 16mins is our longest wait which was a Saturday night. The restaurant is nice and relaxed and they serve a great selection of dishes Pity there’s no 6 star button

We had a takeaway from here before pandemic and we not to impressed after having some beautiful meals but thought we would try again in case it was a one off. Unfortunately we were unimpressed again bland food and really disappointing rice and lamb dupiazza was very unimpressive not good at all.
