Costa - County Durham

That looks like the costa in seaham. here with a friend, a quick take-out coffee to take anyone to the nearby harbour where we sat and enjoy the view (this is a normal person 5 minutes to foot, but was a movement of the car job for two people who have extensive mobility problems). Anyway, ended a little longer, as had the allergic-conscious, friendly and helpful staff who checked as soon as I changed a non-dairy milk, whether because of preference or allergy. she has double-checked the ingredients for me and insisted that the machine is cleaned before making my coffee. could not have been more helpful. really good to see the consciousness for allergies that also improve.

Amazing staff, knew the menu well and could make it clear that certain drinks were vegan.

More beautiful place to come. at a clear day when sitting at the right place, they can see for miles from the sea. the coffee is made as they need it and the staff is very helpful.

We are really disappointed by the service to seaham costa. if we order drinks to sit in us, we are asked to take a seat, they will call when our order is ready, but sometimes it is quite waiting as they seem to prioritize customers. come for more out, even if they come to us. recently we sat until I went to the opposite, as it turned out that our job was forgotten! we go into a few different flilial of costa, where always happy with the service that none of them have this system, they wait in the waiting queue to go with their drinks. the total impression behind the theke is one of the chaos that needs to be addressed by management, as we were not the only debristed customers.
