Delicious pizza! If you’re going through Council it’s a must stop.
In my humble opinion, this is the best handmade pizza anywhere. Every time we head north and go through Council we stop at Shy Simon's.
Very rude customer service.. my order was forgotten about and brought to me cold..would never return or recommend to anyone... they have won awards by being the only pizza place In town..I'm sure the local receive better service
Shy Simon's is a local pizzeria. Of all the pizza I have had in many states I can easily say that Shy Simon's is the best.
