Panera Bread - Council Bluffs

Through the drive thru. The 2 item lunch with a turkey sandwich and the squash soup ordered. The soup is why I wanted to eat here. The case butternut squash soup is the best I had anywhere. I returned later the day to get a soup to go home. I discovered that they sell it in a 4 serving container and you get 4 pages with it for about $20. This is cheaper than a meal for itself. You can have more than one meal or share it with your family. Definitely will return in the future.

All we have ordered was correct .. null complaints with the foods and drinks ..but absolutely no hospitality or happiness with the staff actually seemed the entire staff gloomy, but the facility was clean and are order came in a contemporary fashion..Step the hard work Panera Bread

Panera is consistently delicious with the soups, sandwiches...whatever tickles your fancy. This rant is not pertaining to the food but rather the cleanliness of the restaurant itself and the fact of witnessing an associate pick their nose behind the counter. Side note they did not exit the counter to wash hands.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience with this location. Waited 10 mins in the drive thru for 2 drinks.. a diet pepsi with extra ice (ended up having barely any ice) and a frozen strawberry lemonade.. practically came in a kids cup. $7+ and 10 minutes waste of my gas,time,and money. Won’t be coming back to this location. Honestly needs to shut down or get new employees.

Broccoli Cheddar Soup in a bread bowl is my favorite! Fast service, good food!
