Hooters - Council Bluffs

I had never dined at Hooters before, but decided to give it a try. Our waitress, Victoria, was extremely kind and patient. She suggested we try the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, which my kids absolutely loved. We also ordered burgers and chicken for the kids, and everything was delicious. Victoria convinced us to try the desserts as well, and we ended up trying all flavors of the mini desserts along with a regular dessert, possibly chocolate cake, all of which were fantastic. Victoria was attentive and great with my kids. We will definitely be returning to Hooters in the future.

I have no shame in admitting that Hooters serves my favorite wings. When we were in the area for an event, we made sure to arrive early so we could enjoy dinner and drinks at Hooters. The service is always reliable, and the food never disappoints. The smoked wings with jerk seasoning were almost life-changing.

I stopped eating in hooters in council bluffs, ia on Friday 8/5/22 and had the extreme pleasant to be served by victoria, which is a bartender/server at this place. I was so impressed, not only how absolutely amazingly beautiful she is, but more of how great she is at her job and how beautiful, friendly and wise she is. in all my travel in the Usa and other countries; victoria is the most beautiful and talented bartender/server I've ever waited for me! She was also the busiest and did most multi-tasking from anyone I've ever seen. it was an honor and a pleasure to meet them and serve them. she is the reason why I will go to these hooterns every time when I go to rat bluffs, ia! many thanks to victoria and thanks hooters! all the best,Charles ) Hanson_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ I was in cb for a poker tournament for 5 nights in this week and ate at this facility 4 times. they could not ask for better bartenders/servers or service, as provided both victoria and natalie! they are both very good! and eating was very good! I had bacon burger and tattooed, and they were excellently prepared. guards from the administration, chefs and especially after victoria and natalie! I would suggest that anyone who travels the opposite of council bluffs will stop in this very well-run operation and have pleasure, victoria and natalie serve them!

Stopped in last night. We did have 7 in our party. One of them was 4 years old. Was told they couldn’t serve groups larger than 6. Told them we wouldn’t mind being seated at 2 different tables. The hostess said she would need to check with the manager. Manager came out and said he supposed he would “allow it” since they were not busy. Waited a couple minutes and the original hostess was behind us wiping down a counter. Asked if she was going to seat us as the manger said it was ok. She responded with I don’t know that I can. I need to ask the waitresses if they will even serve you. I said I guess we will find another place to eat. We left and spent over $150 at a restaurant down the street that had no issues serving us. Hooters waitress missed out on a pretty good tip.

I was not so happy with the franchise in my past, but my buddy wanted to go to dinner so that we did. we were helped immediately and our service was great! I was also surprised by the quality of our meal. overall we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back. sport, beautiful landscape and a good meal! What else could a guy ask?!
