Firehouse Subs Metro Crossing

First timer and definitely not a last timer! The BBQ Brisket was amazing! The service was top notch... everyone seemed to be in great mood! I have to watch my KC boss game and the place was clean.... was a long time since I had an all-round experience while I came out!

I called to order 4 sandwiches for the guys at work and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I tried to ask if they had returned their tray from various hot sauces and she told me no what is not a big deal. I asked if they have any sauces that I could order with my sandwich and they grunts, list you want to order a sandwich or not? Since FH got rid of her hot sauces, I was hesitant to get something, but my mind is definitely after this.

The customer service and the quality you get here are amazing. I have to give these guys a big scream. Yesterday I set an order, loaded my son into the car and while I returned from my road, I discovered a flat tire. I called and asked if I could get a refund and they gave me no problems at all, as most places do these days. Good job! my tire will be replaced now and I will be back soon?

One restaurant I worked for that genuinely cared about the customer experience. I know I can come here and trust their quality. Sanitation is their top priority and you can never go wrong with cherry limeade and sprite!

Ordered thru Uber and didn't get everything with our kids meals. Also the sandwich I ordered doesn't even come close to what was advertised. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. A two year old could eat the sandwich I ordered with ease and definitely wasn't worth 10 dollars. Look at this ridiculousness they delivered to me they should be ashamed of themselves for serving food like this! Not a very good first impression for a first time customer.
