Roger's Frosty - Cottonwood

We placed our order and have now been waiting for an hour. The two staff members currently working are quite rude and seem to prioritize other orders over ours, despite just ordering a taco and a burrito. I've been coming to this restaurant since I was four years old, and I have to say, these two employees are disappointing. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I'm seriously considering asking for a refund.

Excellent! This local burger stand is top-notch, and the prices are significantly lower compared to similar places. My burger was enormous and perfectly cooked, while my husband's shake and burger were also spot on. We ordered fries and drinks, and we left for just $24—something you rarely see these days. Anywhere else, we’d be looking at a minimum of $35. Every time we pass by, I feel the urge to stop!

This place used to be great, but now I find it just average. The burgers are thoroughly overcooked, practically burnt, and drenched in sauce, which makes the bun soggy. They've also changed their beef patties to something tasteless, resulting in what feels like a hockey puck. The fries are decent, but the shakes are the only redeeming aspect of the meal! I'm really disappointed, as this used to be a place I enjoyed and looked forward to when passing through Cottonwood.

Great food, quality service. I love these little hamburger and frosty stands. You meet cool people and get a nice small town treat!

Great frosty's at a reasonable price. Large serving sizes. Cheeseburger was well seasoned, and, while I don't like relish or pickles, I'm told they make their own house relish that's really good. Very friendly staff. Not the quickest service, but not a long wait for how busy they were. Definitely someplace to check out if you're passing through Cottonwood and are hungry or just want a soft serve.
