Crumbl Cookies Cottonwood

We had the Reese’s peanut butter cookie and it was delicious, but the cereal on top was so stale we spit it out.

Quality at this location has gone way down. Lately everytime I order cookies they arrive and are only half frosted or not frosted at all. Or I receive the wrong cookies. Or they're on top of each other and messy. Very disappointed. I'm not sure what changed but I used to love this place.

The staff at this location is consistently very friendly and helpful whenever I visit.

The cookies here are absolutely the best you'll ever taste! The new flavors always keep me coming back for more.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. The employees seemed like my presence was an inconvenience, and when I asked for a recommendation, they were utterly unhelpful. I was the sole customer when I placed my order, yet they still managed to get it wrong. When I pointed out the mistake, I received a roll of the eyes and was questioned about my order. When they finally brought out the correct order, it looked very unappetizing. When I inquired about the lack of toppings, their response was simply, "It is what it is." To top it off, when I got to my car, I discovered that the cookies were not at the right temperatures. The "chilled" cookies were actually at room temperature, and the "hot/fresh" ones tasted like they were a day old. I love Crumble, but I will definitely not be returning to this location.
