Mcdonald's - Cottleville

One of the better mcdonald’s. foods are always fresh and workers are polite and helpful. bummer is closed.

Every time we come to this restaurant, they always make us wait in our car, even if we only have a small order. We end up waiting for at least 13 minutes before we can pick up our food.

If they are looking for a good McDonald’s, then I suggest they skip over this place completely. they will get the orders 9/10 times wrong. it is simply ridiculous, and I sincerely recommend that they do not go through these McDonald’s.

Wait is always long and orders are always wrong. I've been given a half full container of fries on several occasions. I've also found a phone number slipped into the bag when my boyfriend picked up food for us. The manager immediately becomes defensive and snarky when any issues are addressed. I really hate complaining about service so I'll just pick a different location from this point on.

Went to this location tonight after previous horrible experiences at the location on K&N. This location is night and day different when compared to K&N….WAY BETTER! Food was hot, quick, and correct. Couldn’t have asked for better. This is now our new go-to location after the horrible K&N location. I’ll gladly drive a tad bit further to have this service!
