Dutch Bros Coffee - Cottage Grove

Better than Starbucks. Better selection and better prices. All of the staff is so personable and nice.

I have visited a lot of different Dutch Bros in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. In the 10 years or so that I 've been going to Dutch bros, I encountered something at the Cottage Grove Dutch Bros that I have never encountered before at any Dutch bros: a rude employee. The girl that took my order treated me like I was annoying her and an infringement on her time. I was so taken aback by her attitude that I handed her my card before I held up my app to scan for my points and she very snottily said app always goes first . I was genuinely surprised, as Dutch Bros is usually known for its friendly employees. This is my first and last visit to the Cottage Grove location.

We get coffee here a lot (love the flavors, pup cups, and nice people) but both of our mochas were luke warm at best today. I had a chai that was the same Luke warm temp before this. My husband?s drink was fine last time. Not this time. Just maybe a nudge to check steaming temps? (I know what temp it?s supposed to hit for food safety)

Easy in and out but always busy! Great coffee especially the white coffee!

Driving the 5 up from Sacramento, needed a little caffeine/coffee to finish the trip. Stopped into Dutch Bros Coffee, very organized, quick, multiple shots of espresso with ice so I could drink it before returning to the 5. Espresso was excellent, customer service was friendly and perfect. Do yourself a favor, ditch the other coffee shops and find a Dutch Bros, you're going to love it.
