White Hart Royal And Eatery - Cotswold

Beware!! The front desk at this hotel breached customer trust by overpromising and sugar coating information which was far from reality. They did not follow through. We had booked two rooms and on arrival a front desk member and we aligned that we will use one room and he gave us high confidence that the other room would be refunded. As soon as we came back to US, they all went back on their words and flatly denied refund. Had they told us before, we would have gladly used the other room. This behavior breaches customer trust. Avoid staying here! You never know when you will be cheated.

The roast dinner was fabulous. Great portion size. Beef was beautifully tender, vegetables really well cooked. Roast potatoes lovely and crispy. And the chicken and beef burger went down well too. Will definitely be back

We had afternoon tea in the resident lounge (although we were not residing at the hotel) and there were very beautiful decorations and board games to play. The staff were very friendly and respectful, definitely will go there again

We met our friends from London here for drinks and a meal, they highly recommended the hotel and had a fabulous time. Lovely atmosphere and nice staff. The food was lovely. The hotel is very close to Moretons shops and cafes.

Only called in for a breakfast after Cheltenham Races the day before but food service was great
