Bidrage med feedbackThis Festival des Glaces restaurant is located in Cotonou and is part of a chain that bears the same name. This is why I hope that it is not representative of the other restaurants Festival des Glaces because it is not possible to say it is the top. First, we enter without having the disinfection gel as it should be. When asked we are told dryly there is no. Then our hello receives no answer, while 2 people of the service are in the waiting room. I insist heavily on saying, 'I said hello to you, it hardly raises a shy hello without even suggesting to place us. We install ourselves and the server, after a time and very unchalamly, as if it were carrying all the weight of a hypothetical responsibility, brings us the card, face closed. I admit that if we had another possibility to restore ourselves close enough, we would have left because it augurs badly afterwards. We order a grilled fish with rice and fries. The boy comes back to tell us that there is no longer this dish and I order a meunière fish net to 6500 frs, which by chance is available. My boyfriend who isn't hungry, or who doesn't want to take any risk, order a bottled fruit juice at 1500 fr . The dish arrives after 20 minutes, while there is only us in the restaurant. It is correct and copied without more. It's a banal story, but still, I allowed myself to say while leaving, remember that it's because of us that you receive your pay at the end of the month!
The pizza I purchased from there had sand in it, but the overall quality was exceptional.
This restaurant is a great spot to bring the kids and have a fun time while enjoying a meal.

I love this place, their shawarma is lit. You should try it. Food prep takes a while, so you might have to wait about 45 mins for your food.
