Red Bird Bakery - Cotati

The breakfast was prepared ahead of time rather than made fresh, but it was still enjoyable. There was a beautiful variety of dishes and great presentation.

I had the breakfast burrito with bacon, and my kids had the SOS. Both dishes were delicious. I've visited other Red Bird locations, and they all offer something unique and experimental, in addition to their classic dishes. Give them a try!

I enjoyed the fresh cinnamon rolls, butter horns (which have a subtle chai flavor thanks to the dough being soaked in chai), Danishes, cinnamon twists, and a type of pastry topped with apples from the daily selection. Everything was delicious, and I will definitely be returning for more. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the prices were very reasonable.

A wonderful place for breakfast. Try to get ham and cheese before they're gone. I am selective about my cookies and Gravy and their are a bit non-traditional, but are amazing.

I found out about this place on the way to buy beer when it was located in Santa Rosa. I was excited to hear about this location. We stopped by and tried some cookies, bars and tarts. Nothing but mouthwatering goodness. I'll be going back for their pastries and bread for sure!
